Using this link, paper submissions are open, even for new submissions. The author should select the W78 category.  Step-by-step instructions are on this webpage: https://www.cibwbc2022.org/w078 (scroll down a bit).  Submit a single file with your paper and abstract as both will be peer reviewed.
